I should mention that I only used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on the inside atmosphere or how dining in would feel. If you're familiar with the area where this Taco Bell is located, you already know how incredibly busy it can get. The restaurant is awkwardly positioned on a corner and has a layout that feels cramped, contributing to potential headaches when trying to get in and out.

had never had a positive experience. spent 30 minutes in the driveway. on the restaurant with the app showed that my meal was ready to find out that they did not have it and was from almost ten people who wait 15 minutes, only come to counter for someone to try to order/break/try again. order wrong. the employees look overwhelmed and don't know what they do. don't worry, you won't have a good experience. the grand river location is much better with friendly staff, fast service and in the rule gets their order right.
This restaurant can be quite inconsistent, depending on when you visit. They seldom have their outdoor seating area open, and the drive-thru usually takes about 3-4 minutes per car. So if you see five cars in line, be prepared to wait nearly 20 minutes for your food. The quality of the meals can vary dramatically; they’re either really good or poorly made, with no in-between. It's a shame because this place is in a fantastic location, and I wish it would perform better.
There where items on the menu that were not available. Staff was unresponsive to both Good Afternoon and Thank you. Staff not very polite . I'll be skipping this location from now on. Being a fast food restaurant I don't expect the world but basic manners is necessary for customer service

I ordered through DoorDash and got two Crunchwraps with extra sour cream, including chicken and beef. Unfortunately, the food was mostly lettuce and very dry, lacking any sauce or flavor. It seemed like they didn't put any effort into my order. I won't be dining at this location again.
Their hours indicated that they were open but the employees were all in the parking lot and it was apparently closed. Nobody even stopped their conversations to let us know they were closed. They were feet away from our open window…
If you want someone else's order and then to be yelled at like it's your fault go here. Idk how hard it is to read an order then make the order correctly but I guess we should pay them more so maybe they can get it right.??
I ordered it on the line. store never got the order and would not return the money. the staff was polite. no refund is issued and no food is given.

Today was the fastest I have ever been through the drive thru. Syaff was efficient, friendly and patient. Food was hot, fresh and tasty.
One of the better locations. My order is never wrong and they don't give you 50+ sauce packets.
