I’m sad to give a one star review, but it’s not like the old times when they didn’t hear you make your modifications correctly and then just fix it when you return explaining the problem. Not in this case, they did not even give me a recipient so I could make a formal complaint but they did not add the sour cream that I paid extra for and the guy want to argue with me that they both miss heard me. Back in the day the customer was right and theywould fix the order as they order if made incorrectly. A for apathy! Got my UberEats order wrong one time, so I decided to go pick up the order myself the next time. There were about 5 or 6 emoloyees behind the counter. Waaay behind the counter! Two of them were catering to the drivethrough customers, the rest were just doing their thing, whatever it was. I stood there for 3 minutes before I started waving my hand to draw attention. I ordered a lot of stuff so I couldn’t check all of it in the store. I realized after getting back home that they got my order wrong AGAIN. Consistent!
Complete incompetence at this location. Don't waste your time driving because they never have the ingredients and for some reason they like to shut down prior to their advertised closing time. Went there today (IDK why) and was finally able to get some food but of course I come home to find the complete wrong food in my bag. Receipt had everything correctly so it's not like they misheard me. Take your money literally anywhere else.
I ordered through the drive-thru and got two deluxe cravings boxes. The receipt showed what I ordered, but when I got home I realized that the steak chalupa that was supposed to come in the box was missing from both boxes. When I ordered no one mention that they were out of stock, so I got charged for the more expensive box to not get the only item that made the box more expensive.

I visited this place at 9 a.m. after work, waited in the drive thirty minutes and then was said to move forward so that she could bring out my order while still men who commanded her in accordance behind me. then I sat in the front for twenty minutes without anyone telling me. I understand that almost food places are short-circuited, but that's ridiculous.
I have been to this Taco Bell 3 times in the last month and haven’t been able to order at the drive thru. Every time I pull in the drive thru, they say “it’s going to be about 10-15 minutes before I can take your order”. I asked “ok, why?” And they don’t respond back. Are you kidding me? This is literally the THIRD TIME. Absolutely ridiculous.
40 minutes waited and still don't get food. she asked about the order 2x, but got no answer, she just went away. After the 3 people who ordered after us got her eating, I asked for a refund. she asked what I ordered so she could make my food. we have left starving.
I reached here at 12:00 with chicken chalupa. when I paid for the ride through the counter, they asked me to park that we bring her to eat. 30mins passed no one showed. if it takes time, they should inform beforehand. I'll never be back.

Came to this taco bell for the first time and I ordered through the app. Took 45 mins just to get to the speaker and another 20 to get my food. I would never recommend this place to anybody If i could i'd give negative stars.
diving sauce and straws are environmentally friendly! very refreshing to see that they do something right! standard reliable and qualitatiw high quality food and service that ensures excellent experience! great values!
