I always come to this location and never have issues with the staff. However yesterday at around 6pm I ordered my food the women taking my order was rude and some how things got confused. Which was not a big deal. She rang me up for a deluxe something. It had like 10 tacos or something. I was trying to get the 5 dollar box. She was kinda quick when ordering so I didn’t get a chance to ask why it was so high. I get to the window and figure out why. So I ask if she can just give me a burrito and drink. Every time me and my ex-boyfriend call or place a order for pickup the doors are never open and they never reimbursed us for our money for the order that we placed that we never got ecorse road in Taylor. The mobile app needs to be fixed if the doors aren't going to be open to pick up the mobile order inside then the mobile order needs to say that the inside is shut and you cannot pick up your order that way you're not stuck with paying money that you're not going to get reimbursed and then get no food and then the lines are always extremely long and then also the staff is extremely understand and rude and our food is never correct and we always have to go back through the extremely long lin...
Unbelievable but true! We visited the restaurant about an hour ago to order my wife’s favorite, Nacho Fries, along with a couple of tacos. When it came time to pay, we realized that our credit card didn’t have enough funds. I decided to just order the Nacho Fries for now. The two women working there were incredibly kind and polite about the situation. They offered to complete our order if we promised to fill out their survey. Given our recent streak of bad luck, we were more than happy to oblige and plan to return to pay the rest of our bill as well. Truly, God is great!
I ordered a Nachos Bell Grande meal and received a container of chips topped with barely any meat and cold bean sauce. There was no sour cream or tomatoes on it, even though it was 8:30 at night. This was supposed to be one of the better Taco Bell locations, but after this experience, I think I’ll stick to the new one on Northline. I wouldn’t even feed my dog what this place served me. My Taco Supreme was a mess as well, but I was hungry so I ate it anyway. Overall, they ruined my dinner, and I won’t be returning.

this special location at the pelham road and everyone was the friendly customer service we had for a long time! the food was good, but the personal kudos! and this place was not as busy as most. also it was recently renovated!
I wouldn't recommend visiting this Taco Bell. They forgot three of my items, and everything in the bag was soaked. It’s frustrating that these are the same people who believe they deserve $15 an hour. What a joke!
Extremely rude employees. half the time signs up that they only are accepting mobile orders. We place a mobile order, go to the drive thru to pick up to be told they are not making orders. This location is a joke.
The food was excellent and perfectly prepared. Everything was well-presented, and my order was spot on.
