I’m gonna have to edit my last post of 1 stars to 5 stars. Dang, if y’all had more stars I’d give it. My last review was posted on November 29th. I’d posted a review of 1 stars after 4-5 bad experiences with the night staff. But a little over a month later, you guys really started to win me over big time. My girlfriend and I work late, so we come up there late. Usually around 10-11:30pm. We tip every time, unless our service is really bad. However, since this change in staff, our service has been impeccable every single time. We tip because we know we’re coming there late, and we know how that is. eating is good taco bell as usual. my reception had everything I said, but two of the four I ordered were missing things. I guess what to expect when they go thirty minutes before the closing. friendly staff and good food. vegetarian options: they have vegan option parking: many parking wheelchair accessible: handicap places available. no push button for the door, but can come into the door, since the walkway is angled.
never fails every time I left here, because the remodel always lacks something and the product is very minimal on the meat. the workers look like they hate being there and always seem angry no matter how late you go. all in all I live the street and use to go all the time, but lately I have seen myself, to other places or restaurants all together.
I am too long in the snake. Several workers noticed that I had standing there with cash and did not come to take my order. Finally, someone came on the counter put an order down and then went away without even recognizing me. 10 minutes went by someone finally came to the counter and asked if I was ready to order. low customer service.
