Visited after a long 13 hours working day and was excited to finally splash and get some taco bell. About the mobile app that is great to drive thru, they confirmed my order was correct on the screen. Ends up a bag completely handed over by someone else's order, all with acid cream I can't eat. I called over 10 times in the last hour and absolutely no one answers the phone. This is basically to avoid the Taco bell if you like a precise fast service. If you don't mind making a robbery in a bag, give them a try! I had to drive 1 star tonight. Have the wrong person order, in a restless bag (which I know is currently against their Kovid guidelines), from a guy with glasses wearing a mask under his nose (which defeats the purpose of your mask at work), in a place that does not even have a manager answer to a call. Super disappointed up down, and I will not get back for everything, but my refund for the order that I do not receive. The Dew mountain was good. Edit: I have as desired and DM'd On Twitter @tacobellcare. It is over 24 hours without answer, seems quite par for the course. Also 4 days, no refund is issued yet. Have a great experience up to down!
