I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. This is the fourth time I've ordered from here, and each time my order has been incorrect. I spoke to the manager, who told me they'd ensure I received the correct order, but when I arrived at the restaurant, none of the staff offered any solutions. They really need to pay attention and improve their service, as it is quite disappointing.
It seems that some of the staff responsible for preparing orders may have trouble with counting. While I can’t speak for everyone, I personally rely on having hot sauce packets included. When I specifically requested 20 and only received 4, it really highlights a lack of attention to detail.
Rude and stupid ppl work here. Enough said. On March 29th the mgr or supervisor threw my receipt at me bc I ask for a refund after his restarted ass employees gave my food away 3 times. They have no common sense or professionalism.
I ordered the Mexican Pizza without sauce this time because the last time there was too much sauce. I wish the options included sauce on the side or Less Sauce . It was very bland with no sauce at all. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered a Fire Sauce packet but didn’t receive any. This is the third time this has happened! I really need my Fire Sauce for my taco.
