There was no sign indicating that the drive-thru is only for online app orders. About a week ago, I waited in line for a solid 15 to 20 minutes, only to be informed at the speaker that they were only accepting app orders. Today, I stopped by after work to order a burrito, but after waiting 27 minutes, the order I received was incorrect. I had a really bad experience at Taco Bell’s drive-thru! I placed a mobile order 15-20 minutes before arriving, yet I still waited over 45 minutes in line. Many others were in the same situation, only to find out it was mobile orders exclusively. I kept turning off my car repeatedly because it took at least 7-10 minutes for each vehicle to get their food! I used to love this Taco Bell location, but after today, I won’t be coming back, even though it’s more convenient for me. Waiting 45 minutes for fast food is just unacceptable! Gotta be the worst Taco Bell in the area. Ordered online thinking it would make things easier. Show up 10 minutes after I order and they say its gonna be another 45 minutes?.with no other customers in the restaurant. Leave, come back, pick up the food. Thefood I have doesn?t even make sense. Crunch wrap supreme got beans in it instead of meat, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no cheese andsome sour cream. All the other tacos were wrong as well. Just go on and log off for me shug.
If you are REALLY craving Taco Bell, this will hit the spot. It will satisfy your craving for it and remind you not to eat there for as long as possible. I got 4 soft tacos with no lettuce, add tomatoes. Everything tasted good but I couldn't get over getting scammed by paying 40 cent extra for 2 cubes of tomatoes on one taco. The others were okay in tomato quantity. I'm not even upset about the money, it's the principle.

I've visited this Taco Bell three times, and every time my order was wrong. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru only to get the wrong items, then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to fix it. I don’t mind waiting if the food is hot, fresh, and accurate, but this has been really frustrating. I’m finished with this location—I've wasted too much time and money.
This Taco Bell is always bustling with activity, but the staff is fast and friendly. We go there around twice a month, and our orders are consistently correct, hot, and ready to enjoy! It's just what you'd expect from any Taco Bell experience. If you're in the mood for a quick bite, you’ll probably find yourself coming here to satisfy your hunger in no time!
Always polite, warm and welcoming! My wife, kids and I love going to this location because they are the best experience we have at any taco bell and we have three that are closer to home. Got to give huge praise to drive through crew. We look forward to our next visit

I've been here close to 10 times and have always had good service. Today though, I got a chicken soft taco to go and was highly disappointed when I picked up the taco and it felt like an empty tortilla. Whoever made this taco should be ashamed
