Stepped in someone’s nasty garbage getting out of my car in the parking lot, no toilet paper in bathroom had to wipe with the toilet seat covers that were thrown on the ground, no napkins in any dispenser, and the only trash is full. Food took forever and then they got our order of 2 items wrong. How do you screw up so many things on so many levels?? But everyone was honestly super nice and polite so 2 stars!

Taco Bell has extremely poor customer service. We entered the restaurant to fix an order they had gotten wrong, and it took them around 30 minutes to correct their mistakes, but they just kept messing it up. The staff seemed either unmotivated or disorganized. Overall, I would rate this Taco Bell location 0 out of 5. The menu might be appealing, but the service really ruins the experience.
The service was incredibly slow! I sat in my car for ages watching the staff just running around and chatting, while the drive-thru line stretched all the way down the road. I waited in line for 30 minutes and then spent another 10 at the window waiting for my food. It's really ridiculous. Réservez une table maintenant
U can tell workers are over it , but I understand working customer service isn't easy. Mexican lady didn't wanna help us with our order cause she was persistent on clocking out immediately, so we had to wait for someone to come out their way to help me and my bf..
While it's not the finest option, this Taco Bell is conveniently located right off the freeway in Stockton. Overall, it's on par with any other Taco Bell I've been to, but thankfully, I haven't experienced food poisoning here yet. That's a win in my book!
Ive always gone through the drive through the few times Ive been. I like the power bowl and the chicken burrito with cheese on top on the outside its so satisfying. The food is very affordable too.
This taco bell is probably the neatest one. They care about their customer service. When you unwrap your food it should remain together. Réservez une table maintenant
