Honestly haven’t had any good luck with this location, went and got food tonight and literally what I ordered was the smallest portion and it was just a mess! It was literally just all thrown together poorly! I spent 30 bucks and basically got scraps of what was left! They also close the doors at 9:30 and locked them when they don’t close until midnight
The people who made the food was nice, but there was miscommunication in the front who gives out the orders. They don’t really call out your name; our order got switched with someone else. It was about 20-30 minutes wait once we realized our order didn’t come out. If we had not asked out the order, we might have stayed there for a good hour.
I was watching them make my food I ordered 4 beefy melts two had extra sour cream the other two had none and were grilled. They were packaged wrong. When coming off the grill they put the burrito directly on the dirty counter not in the packaging. They also gave us the completely wrong drinks. Gross and disgusting will never come back.
Asked if we could do two orders in the drive thru and was immediately turned down and was told they were short staffed. Ended up just doing a loop anyways to put in a second order. Asked for a crunchwrap supreme and the lady in the drive thru window let out a big sigh which seemed like I greatly inconvenienced her. L taco bell Réservez une table maintenant
We stopped on the way home to feed our kids. The employee didn’t get our order correct when we asked for it to be fixed we were given a whole bunch of attitude then we were told not to give her attitude. Do better Taco Bell. Terrible service!!!!! All we wanted was our order correct! Stop the entitlement, it was unnecessary.
Well where do I start. First of all, the drive through was slow as hell. Fast food, yeah right, waiting for 10 plus minutes. The prices are super expensive. But that’s not the main complaint. The is, the quality wasn’t there and I received very little Taco Bell sauce packs. The food was watery and the lettuce was stale.
I get that it's mostly new hires and partially my own fault for not checking the bag but I paid 35 dollars for 4 quesadillas and 2 burritos Got 4 burritos and 1 quesadilla. No sauce in any of them. Not cut at all.. my 5 layer burritos had lettuce and tomato in them.. not even close....
The employees are the worst. Constantly screwing up our orders and when I brought it to their attention they thought it was hilarious. If this was my business I’d fire them all and start over….. Réservez une table maintenant
Slowest place I have been to. I get that the drive though gets priority but it took 20 mins to get 10 dollars worth of food. Just too much wait for a sub par meal.
