They are very ignorant with poor service in the drive thru&refuse to take my order. It's not my fault that the person in front of me wasn't paying attention with room to go to the speaker refusing to move up when there was no1at the window&I honked my horn for them to move up since there was room&the ignorant customer service staff called the police refusing to take my order&I shouldn't be penalized for the person not paying attention¬ moving up to the speaker holding up the whole drive thru&I can't control another person's actions. When your teenagers are hungry and have friends over Taco Bell is a good go to! $50 fed all of them.. The employee who took my order was awesome and even made a few recommendations to help me decide as well as took extra time to mark all drinks. Very personable and professional. Honestly never thought I would ever give a fast food restaurant a 5 star.. This isn't my first time in this Taco Bell. But people are only friendly and on their game again would never expect that from a fast food restaurant. The restaurant inside was very clean.. Every time I order from the passage, it is always fast and professional. The staff is only well earned on their game.

Save your time and don't go here. The worst restaurant in the whole area. Employees are so rude and aggressive. I waited half an hour for my order and the Employees just sitting there chating and no prepare anything and when I asked for a refuns to peave they bcame so rude and aggressive. Took me 50 minutes in the drive through to get my order. There were no more then 7 cars infront of me all with small bagged orders. When I eventually got to the window I can see that there’s at least 5 people working! Everyone’s order took at least 15 minutes! There was no apology for the wait for anybody’s frustration! Nacho fries are cold, Chicken Enchilada Burrito was cold cheese not melted, Chicken grilled cheese burrito wasn’t tasty at all.
