The restaurant is fantastic, but it's the customers who can be quite challenging. They often shout through the drive-thru windows and frequently call to complain about issues that could be handled more politely, but unfortunately, their concerns seem to fall on deaf ears. It’s probably best not to dine here if you're sensitive to such behavior.
The food is served hot and is packed with plenty of meat and rice. I tried two new items, and both were excellent. The double meat burrito is massive! My only minor complaint is that the bag felt heavy from the food, but honestly, that's not an issue—the quality and quantity make it well worth the price.
I appreciated the quick and efficient service when I placed my order. It was great to speak directly with an employee instead of using a kiosk. My meal was fresh and served hot. I would definitely come back again.
