I am absolutely disgusted with my experience in the Portsmouth restaurant today. Firstly I ordered a chalupa box and only received half of the order. Secondly we ate in and we had to clean the table which I was extremely uncomfortable with during the virus. Thirdly they put way to much source in my soft tacos when I ordered hard without source, the chips were likewarm. Lastly the toilets were absolutely disgusting and unclean which again is a health violation towards me and my family due to the pandemic. Wouldn’t come here again. Do NOT recommend!!!

Food tasted the same but it seemed to be stale. I had a Crunchwrap Supreme and the part that’s supposed to give the signature crunch has gone completely soggy. It fell apart before I even took a bite. The tables and floors were also dirty, they need someone to check and clean them more often.

eating is a beautiful change of mcdonalds. the counter surface is very small. they can wait at the end, one because to place their order, but eating is quickly prepared. try the volcano burrito.
First time ordering here. Delivery arrived before the ETA. Food was very good quality, good value for money also. Delivery driver polite and safe hand off of order.Will consider ordering again
