Taco Bell - Réservation de table

I called three other Taco Bell locations that close at 3 AM around midnight, and all of them said their fryer was out of order. This isn't the first time I've run into this problem. So, I decided to call the Protho Taco Bell and spoke with Desmond. He was incredibly nice! By the way, this location closes at 1 AM, and he informed me that the fryer was working perfectly, so I could get my chalupas! Lol. Seriously, his customer service is outstanding. The other locations could really learn from him and take their jobs more seriously. Thanks again, Desmond and Mariah!

So, I decided to call the Protho Taco Bell and spoke with Desmond. He was incredibly nice! Just to clarify, this location closes at 1:00 AM, and he confirmed that the fryer was working, so I could get my chalupas! Lol. Seriously, his customer service skills are outstanding. Other locations should take a page from their book and treat their jobs with the same level of seriousness. Thanks again!!!

Second time I came overnight at 1130-12 and didn't get what I paid. The quality is fresh so I continue to give Tries. Last time I paid for additional meat in 3 Burritos and did not get and missed a whole package of food after I told the guy who broke it out that it was wrong, he argued that this was my order. They fixed this part, but still shortened to additional meat. Last night there were very little meat in the Burritos, although they were super fresh. I just want to pay for it.

I ordered a meal with black beans, but when I arrived at the drive-thru window, they informed me that they were out of black beans and had substituted fried beans instead. I would have been okay with that, but my meal didn't even have any beans at all. When I questioned why I was charged extra for black beans that I didn't receive, the staff member lied and claimed they had some available. In short, I didn’t get what I ordered, was charged extra, and was misled. Réservez une table maintenant

They can do a lot better give people the right amount for the money instead of getting the food and its more lettuce than meat no meat at all and u have to pay so much just to get meat

Even though you aren't able to go into the lobby, the drive thru is quite quick. The staff is extremely nice and courteous.
