This Taco Bell used to be excellent, and the staff were always friendly. I wanted to give it another chance, especially with times being tough for everyone, but I’ve reached my limit. Lately, there’s been a problem with my order every time I visit—either something is missing or I receive the wrong item. Today, the soda machine was out of syrup, so all I got was soda water, which ended up in the trash. The staff were also quite rude when I asked about getting my card back. I have trouble hearing, and it was really hard to understand what the employee was saying about the rain and my car engine before I asked my question. This restaurant is quite disappointing. The staff seem to be lacking basic customer service skills. We were the only ones in the drive-thru line, yet they still managed to mess up our order, leaving out two items that we had ordered and paid for. I had to return just to raise my concerns and request the missing items. If you choose to visit this location, I recommend thoroughly checking your order before you drive away. Additionally, the employees didn’t even offer an apology for their oversight. It appears that mistakes happen so frequently here that they no longer feel the need to say sorry.
I ordered the nacho fries combo, and after waiting ten minutes, they informed me that the oil wasn't hot enough to cook the fries. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, so I was disappointed that it took them ten minutes to let me know they couldn't prepare my meal. I just walked away and didn’t even bother asking for a refund. The service was terrible.
I only gave this place two stars because the food is inexpensive. I'm not sure what happened since I used to visit often. The food was fantastic, and the customer service was good. However, now the food is served cold, and the staff member was quite rude.

The drive-thru appeared to be busy, but the interior was empty. Service was quick, and they offer both kiosks and personal ordering. The inside was clean, and there was plenty of parking available.
Great Place. And pretty popular too. They also have Jackfruit!!! And I'm very excited about the Sweet potato pecan pie. YUM Friendly staff, affordable price and deliciousness.
The staff was wonderfully friendly and attentive. All of our dishes were served hot and exactly as ordered. The restaurant was clean and well-kept.
