My friend who is legally deaf came to this location through the drive through and pulled up to the window for assistance. General Manager Nancy lord only knows why she is the manager of anything the way she acted so unprofessional and ignorant told him she would not serve him even after he stated multiple times he was deaf. She was sooo unbelievably rude and inappropriate towards my friend, and one of her employees tried to de-escalate only for her to make it worse by making smart remarks and derogatory statements. She should not be a manager representing your establishment and refusing service to someone who is legally deaf is highly illegal!!
The person at the drive-thru was polite and sincere when we requested no sour cream on one of our box meals. Unfortunately, we had to pull around a second time because both orders contained sour cream. It seemed that the cook didn't take our request seriously, as only one item was properly fixed by the drive-thru employee. My fiancée is severely allergic to sour cream, and this could have led to a serious situation for both her and Taco Bell if he hadn't thoroughly checked the order. Just a heads up: trying to scrape off sour cream doesn't ensure safety, especially when there was still a significant amount left in the food.
The service is usually decent and quick, but lately it has been slow. I received four free coupons due to a delay at the drive-thru (it took 35 minutes). The coupons were for a free taco, soft taco, or Doritos Locos taco. However, when I returned a few days later to redeem them, I found out they had expired in 2022 and were not accepted. I couldn’t help but laugh a little. Thanks for nothing!
Nancy need to learn to treat people the way she wants to be treated. Just because she doesn’t like her job doesn’t mean she needs to be rude to other Especially when people can’t hear her right and she wants to be rude because she has to repeat her self. Need better managers to run a store

Update Still hit or miss. Let's their workers smoke right outside the main door. Lately hit or miss at this location. Stuff never seems fresh and they are always so incredibly slow. And how can you leave items on counter without saying the order is ready?! That's just pitiful.
I stopped in to get a drink while waiting for a co- worker to pick me up. I asked for a small drink and they told me they were out of small cups so I had to pay for a medium drink. What a great way to make more money for this company. will not return.
This restaurant really is BAD!!!!! Waited OVER 30 minutes to NOT get food! Demanded money back. Manager didn’t even know how to credit my card! So he gave me cash…. DON’T go here! I implore you: DON’T!!!!!
Update: Mar 24, 2024 Cantina taco had very little meat on it mostly taco shell. Not worth $2.99. it was literally 2 1/2 tsp. chicken, so I won't be ordering that again.
