I often visit this restaurant, and usually my experience is fine about 75% of the time. However, today I had a negative encounter with one of the staff members. The young waiter forgot half of my order and tried to convince me that I had not told him the full order. I showed him my written order and he reluctantly took it. He avoided taking responsibility until I presented him with undeniable evidence. This is not the first time he has made a mistake, but today was the worst experience I have had with him. I believe he should be fired from his position. This incident occurred on Thursday, April 14th, 2022, between 9:50 and 10:20 AM during the busy breakfast rush.
I never thought Taco Bell was health food, and it turns out I was right. I recently visited the Taco Bell in Buena Park and was very disappointed. The customer service was lacking and the food was bland. My go-to Taco Bell is the one on Rosecrans and La Mirada Blvd in La Mirada, where the food always tastes fresh and delicious. I really appreciate the great service there, too. If I'm ever near Buena Park again, I'll definitely still choose to go to the La Mirada location for a better experience all around. The customer service there is top-notch and the staff are so polite.
Always double check your order before leaving the drive-thru at this restaurant. I have had to return several times due to missing items. The quality of the food here is inconsistent – sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. Tonight, I paid extra for cheese in my burritos but they barely put any. Additionally, the beans in my burrito were extremely pasty, leading me to throw it away. I usually order through the app to ensure accuracy, but even then, the service has declined in recent years. Taco Bell seems to be cutting corners on food quality, similar to McDonald's.
Absolutely unacceptable!!! They locked the doors of the dining room 10 minutes earlier than the closing time of 10pm! I wasn’t even there to dine in, just for a take out order of one chalupa supreme. Yet, the employees laughed at me; the rudest one that laughed the most was a young, mid to late 20s overweight latina woman with her hair tied up in a bun. literally the most disgusting quesadilla I've ever tried. Are they trying to kill me? This is absurd. The cheese isn't even melted. Not even distributed properly. Wasn't even cut properly. All I tasted was sauce when I bit into it, I'm disappointed Taco Bell. How do you mess up a cheese quesadilla ? Do better on hiring your people.
