The staff at Taco Bell made me feel very uncomfortable during my lunch break. I was sitting quietly in the corner, taking my medication for stomach issues, when they started staring at me and even took multiple photos of me. They also cleaned my table while I was still eating. Although I bought a full lunch, I was only allowed to use the bathroom after showing my receipt to the person who took my order. I overheard them speaking in Spanish about me, saying I looked homeless and was taking too long to leave. I work nearby and just wanted to enjoy a simple lunch with the happy hour deals, but the staff’s behavior made me feel unwelcome and uneasy the entire time.
I visited the restaurant for a late-night meal and placed my usual order. When I reached the checkout, I presented my bill, only to be informed that there was no change available at all. As a business, it's important to have change readily accessible if you want to retain customers. I even attempted to negotiate by asking if I could add more food to my order, but the cashier showed no willingness to help. It seemed like they had already completed their closing procedures and were simply eager to finish up and leave.
This restaurant is clean and serves great food. My family and I have been enjoying meals from this Taco Bell for quite some time, and it has consistently tasted delicious. There are plenty of options on the menu, and although we haven't visited this location for very long, our experience has been positive from the beginning. It's situated in a bustling area. For vegetarians, there are also options available.
The location is great. I wasn't a big fan of the cashierless setup, as I enjoy ordering in person sometimes. However, I understand that everything is gradually shifting towards digital. Aside from that, everything was good.

Taco Bell gave me bad attitudes, took a long time to prepare my order, and still got it wrong. The experience was so unpleasant that I didn’t even bother asking for a remake. Their menu left much to be desired.
Never been inside but it looks at least decently kept up. Drive thru is usually fast and only had 2x out of a hundred visits end up with error on their side.(Wrong or missing item).Parking: 100+
Taco Bell is a fantastic restaurant with tasty food, and the highlight is definitely the staff. They were outstanding and made my experience completely enjoyable.
Treated us like vagrants the moment we needed to use the bathroom, will never return to this location again. (F your franchise you judgemental jerks)
