a bad quality of the food customer service from a so-called manager to its cash are very bad. I have never experienced such terrible customer service! when a customer comes to get a replacement when their first experience was unsatisfactory and then they give the customer a hard time to try to redeem replacement order from the instruction that were given and only given by a Taco bell employee and was offered first place instead of getting my refund. so-called managers and cashiers do not want to give me their first name, so I can show a formal complaint that they show very bad behavior if it is for customer service and work for a franchise with will hurt their company strong if not removed and I am sure that other customers would have the same due to other reviews say there is only one real reason why a company or a franchise would have no 5
The girl who took my order and money at the drive thru tonight, Emily I think her name was, was super amicable and pleasant. My order was accurate, cheap, hot and delicious. The team who was working really cranked out the orders too because when I came, the line was wrapped around the building. I was in the line for no longer for 5 minutes, order taking and all . I think that was great considering how busy it was. It could have been worse. I appreciated the service I was given tonight. Because of that, I'd come again.
