Taco Bell - Réservation de table

I was at Taco Bell today and placed my order. After driving home and giving the man my payment, I received three tacos. However, my husband cannot have sour cream, and I specifically requested that it be left out. It was a simple order, but unfortunately, it wasn’t fulfilled. Thanks for nothing, Taco Bell.

I've never encountered a policy as ridiculous as being unable to order certain items at the drive-thru. It's frustrating that you have to place your order online and then go through the drive-thru! Who came up with this absurd rule? It's just nonsensical! I'm really unhappy about it!
