I was disappointed with my visit to this Taco Bell. Although the woman taking our Drive-Thru order was pleasant, the person preparing the food didn’t do a good job. I only got half of what I ordered, based on what I checked before leaving, and the chicken quesadilla didn’t have any chicken in it. Even more concerning, the tortilla on the Cheesy Roll had green mold. That was very off-putting. I won’t be returning.
I don't usually comment on minimum wage issues, but the service at Taco Bell left much to be desired. Our order was wrong, and there were no napkins included in the bag. If they're thinking about raising wages, I wonder why, since the staff clearly need better training. The overall experience was disappointing, and improvements are definitely needed, especially considering the menu options they offer.
Slowww service Dinning room closed 1 hour early Employees all taking a break, sitting in their cars at 10:30pm, with a line of 15 cars in the drive through. Not to mention the gentleman without a car, that walked up to the door at 10:30 Trying to buy his dinner... and cant walk through the drive through. Over 15 people have tried to get inside, while the drive through crawls along.
So just ordered some food here. Customer service was terrible. They got the drink order wrong, I told them at the window and they got it wrong again. Taco shells were all crushed and no sauce was provided. But it is in the receipt. You should really invest in a better trainer for this location. On the upside, got plenty of napkins. Good for delicious burritos and all the gastronomic pleasures that emerge shortly thereafter. Cashiers are generous with the hot sauce and always provide a good ice to soda ratio even though it's apparent they never took trigonometry or statistics. Drive through could be faster.
Took my order incorrectly Then didn?t make my food for 15 minutes. When I asked about it they got snappy with me. And then proceeded to make the wrong food for me. And treated me like it was my fault. But what else should I expect from Taco Bell.
You wanted to go through and couldn't take my order because the computer was? unplugged?. I worked on a ride. The worst Taco Bell, too. You better go for 30 minutes if I really believed it than the 5 minutes. From my house.
Hadn't eaten at Taco Be in a while. Absolutely fell back in love with their Burrito Supreme! Tacos were excellent as well. Glad we stopped in. Réservez une table maintenant
