Out of the four Taco bells in Lee's Summit this one is by far the worst. They always have the worst employees for the night shift after 5:00. They always get your order wrong and if you try to correct it, because of Covid-19, you have to sit in the drive thru line for another hour (yes they are that slow) before you can correct their order because they never give you the right order. Absolute worst ongoing worst performance by a restaurant in Lee's Summit. Go to the one off 3rd Street, or the one by Price Chopper off Todd George for a competent staff and correct order. One off Chipman is just as bad as 291 when it's the night crew.
This store is terrible. The only reason we continue to go is because they are convenient to our location. Our food is NEVER correct. If you order food without lettuce you'll get double your order cause they will put it on anyways and you'll have to go back and get it without lettuce. Don't you dare order your food without any items or added items or it'll be messed up.
Dude, its Taco Bell. You know what you did. This location is fairly clean and only screws your order up 1 out of 8 times. Pain to get in and out of because of the parking lot, but not as bad as many of the newer fast food spots in LS. Seriously, can someone fire our city planners already?
