The restaurant informed me that they were unable to prepare my tacos as they had run out of ground beef by 3pm on a Sunday. You simply needed to place the bag of meat in hot water, so please be serious. It seemed like they were just being lazy and didn't want to accommodate my request. Additionally, they had asked if I wanted sauces, but did not include any in the bag. I would prefer to go to a less fancy place like Taco Bueno, where I can at least get my own salsa.
I've made better experiences here, but the evaluation lowered because the last experiences weren't that big. I'm not sure what happened, but I ordered her new chicken tacs and we did. Her steak quesadilla had more cheese than anything else, but hopefully they come back to be better what's bought at this place because we're definitiw better here.
This location has progressively gotten worse through the years. However, there is just straight complacency now. The food is not even hot, barely warm. They also do not even toast or warm the pita bread used for some menu items. It’s just plain cold off the shelf. We rarely visit this location, but whenever we do it reminds us why.
The night shift at this restaurant seemed unwilling to fix my order after getting it wrong the first time. I recommend avoiding ordering food late or through delivery services as they may not correct any mistakes. It's disappointing that they were open until 4 am and still didn't prioritize customer satisfaction. Réservez une table maintenant
I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for a while and they’re very nice. The customer service is wonderful and they really make a speedy DT. Of course the quality of the food isn’t the absolute best but the pricing is amazing. Really great location for JHS students.
These guys were open late in the middle of a snowstorm. I had a really long day, so a late dinner was needed. The service was still good despite the weather and the late hour. My experience was good. Would go back.
I always have a soft spot for this fast food chain, no matter what anyone says. Despite not having any food allergies, I still find myself craving their delicious offerings from time to time.
Drive thru, only one in line, one customer inside. Ordered two double decker tacos and got a completely different order I won’t eat. Thanks for the wasted time. Réservez une table maintenant
The restaurant is good, but they are always missing key ingredients necessary to make the food. Another fast food taco place in Jenks would likely do well.
