Taco Bell - Réserver une table

Worst experience with app. Claimed order never went even though several notifications of app claimed it was ready. Went to mobile order pickup and called the number. No one in the store answered. There were already 15 cars in the car thru. Wing back to pick up mobile orders and went to the door to be greeted by an employee who cries to me, does not come to the store. Staff were rude and dismissed. Wouldn't help me and tell me I had to contact the app owner (the Taco Bell App) and close the door to me. Spent 25 minutes waiting to finally report this problem to companies and get a refund for my $20 order. I never go to this place again. Not recommended.

Ordered four crunchy tacos with extra lettuce. Received one with extra lettuce, one with regular lettuce, and a burrito. I'm short two tacos and have a burrito I didn't order. I called to tell them and let it ring for a minute before giving up.

I went on a Thursday 7. January 2021 and the food tasted like it was made with caution and it was probably packed. The service was fast, friendly and interesting. The workers seen there Very happy! I recommend very!!!

Drive thru lasted 30 minutes, had to scream my order into the speaker 3 times, never doubled my order in the window and ended up paying incorrectly for my meal. the food is good, service not so much.

Consistently friendly service and accurate orders. They?ve taken a lot of measures to ensure your safety during COVID. Great place to go for a quick meal!
