usually I have a great experience at this point (my girlfriend and I go out our way for this Taco bell instead of the Roosevelt in the forest park), but last night was a little disappointing. I'm not sure if part of it was because we ordered through the app, but they missed some items in our order. We ordered a 12-pack of Cinnabon friends, but they had no big deal, they gave us 4 bags of cinnabon twists. Unfortunately, the cinnamon turns literally tasted like chemicals. We couldn't eat them, so they stopped being thrown away. When we came home, we realized we were missing chips with cheese, one of our burritos and a taco. I've been coming here for almost three years and they always get my order right. The people here are so nice(apart from the fact that I know some of the people there). The service is always good on bad days. Everyone is always ready to help you if you have a problem with eating, bath or etc. You only have a small problem I have, is the bathroom and have to tell them you have to go. Your reason is reasonable and understandable, so I have accepted the fact.
I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. There was no option to order at the register, and one of the kiosks was out of service, which forced me to use my phone to place my order. It took over 30 minutes for my food to arrive, and I noticed that several people who ordered after me received their meals before I did. This is unacceptable! I can't understand why this took longer than a typical sit-down restaurant.
The drive-thru is very convenient, and the employees are friendly. The service is exceptional. I always take the time to submit positive surveys. I'm also hooked on the cinnamon balls!
