Please check your food when you bite into it. I purchased a veggie Crunchwrap through the Taco Bell app. Upon my surprise when I bit into my crunch wrap, the longest piece of hair I had ever seen was wrapped up in my food. I was livid and went straight to the manager. Mind you I had braids in my hair at the time, so there was no possible way it could be my hair. When I showed it to the manager, tmanager stated his employees couldn’t have done it because they said it wasn’t them. I asked for a refund and the manager said “I can’t refund you because it was an app order”. Also the manager stated “It was only $7.00”. Meaning because I only spent $7.00 finding hair in my food a refund or my react...
let me tell them about this place. I was short biting to eliminate hunger until I came home. I waited 4 minutes until someone acknowledges or even comes to register. I ordered some nacho-Fries and waited almost 10 minutes before I finally asked for a refund. how hard is a fry order, they fall into the oil take them out when the frier sounds. poor management.
This has ro be the slowest drive thru ever. It took 10 minutes before I could even place my order. I couldn't even back out the drive thru and go in because cars were behind me. Customer service also bad. When I'm ordering don't rush me asking me if I'm ready or is that it. That's rude. The food was fine. Just need better Customer service.
Entire chain of tacobells Change recipe of taco shells they don't taste like before. The meat and cheese was already bad but now it really tastes like dog food. The service from staff was good those nice employees selling those horrible tacos I feel bad for them. I can't go back anymore and I'm sad about it
Fast food skeptics, take note: Taco Bell breakfast is genuinely the best fast food breakfast.At McDonald's a breakfast sandwich is $5. At taco bell the breakfast burritos are $3 and it's more filling, tastier, and has more options. They come with a hash brown IN THEM. Need I say more?
Very Nasty customer service and horribble food.The manager is very unprofessional and the employees are rude becareful what you eat and where you eat is very important, spending your money here iis the worst thing you can do and the cooperate of need to check on the service here.
