Taco Bell is a fast food place. With that said, these kids will prepare a taco with the same gloves from 20-30min ago.I mean C'mon if you need a new bag of cheese. Don't leave prepare spot, go to back, bring out new bag, grab scissors from shelf, then proceed back to prepare spot making another taco all with the same glove.1 guy grabbed money from drive tru, almost went to food prepare spot. an breakfast crunchwrap ordered. somehow they heard burrito instead. it wasn't until I sat home when I realized it wasn't what I ordered. I'm going back to complain and they said they can't give me the breakfast crunchwrap I wanted because they don't serve the breakfast anymore. it was 7 minutes after 10:30 they reimbursed the burrito and were regrettable, but that was it. this burrito is also very sad looking. it was not busy at all, so it is about showing how little they care. I have here in the past a good customer service regarding errors that made the personal so that this desire was very disappointing. I was wasting time to have breakfast somewhere else.
Ordered 2 box meals and 1 other item so not including drinks I should have had 7 items 3 were missing no chips and cheese with either box meal and missing a wrap.. everything just tossed in one bag. I otder the boxes to make it easier for my kids each gets their own stuff. But no boxes just tossed in the bag it was a mess.
This location charges highway/NYC prices. Almost every item is about $0.50 more than all the other locations and doesn't participatein TacoBell promotions. $5 boxes are $7.39 and delux boxes are over $8. No clue why, there is another tacobell 10 minutes down the road with normal prices.

Bro with the curly hair and nose ring was a pleasure. My burritos tasted like they were made with love. I don’t know who made them but thank you! Order was ready for me right when I got to the window. Quick, hot, and good service!
Whenever I visit this restaurant, it takes 10 minutes for my order to be served. It is severely understaffed and should consider closing down. I have been coming here for a year and the service is still unprofessional.
The team that was there today (2/4/22) at 1230pm was the absolute best. They prepared a $65 to perfection. Thank you so much! They even brought it out the car; I didn't have to leave my seat. What an outstanding job?
The staff is friendly and the food at this Taco Bell restaurant consistently meets expectations. I have visited this place at least 5 times and it always tastes great.

Every single time I place a mobile order which is printed out, it is always messed up! every single time. I am never going back to the Taco Bell in Chester ever again.
I went to this restaurant last night for a late night snack and the service was fantastic! There was one waiter who was incredibly quick and efficient.
