Had another great experience in this place so wanted to take the time to give them a positive review. If you are on the road as much as I have accustomed you to resting places that you like or do not disturb stop at, I have learned that on the trip on I-55, I am never disappointed when I visit the ride thru at this point. The customer service I know is positive and you can say that they have a good team. The food always tastes exactly how I ordered it and I never had to correct it again. It was also neat to see the seals in order to be the concept of less chance to be exposed to additional germs in the process. I wish I could give this Taco Bell more than 5 stars as it is well deserved! I have never treated with such a professional but friendly staff in any fast food facility. I must add that my orders are always correct and you work all employees under enormous pressure, as the staff is short and the Bell is always busy! Clean! Always very clean! The bathroom... Soda station... all tables. An employee always takes the necessary steps to always get a clean and sanitary dining experience! Thanks Bell Team in Pontiac Il!
