Jasmine is incredibly unprofessional and has a bad attitude. We ordered a create your own cravings box on the app, the standard order comes w a chalupa, 5layer burrito, a drink and nachos/cinnamon twists. On the app we paid extra to replace the 5 layer burrito with a doritos taco. we were told they were out of doritos tacos, okay fine. she asks do you want a soft or hard taco instead? and we say can we just do the 5 layer burrito (which it would have came with originally if we didn’t pay for the upgrade) she quickly gets upset and says we’ll this time sure but not again. why?? it comes with it originally LOL? why am i paying more to get less and when i asked for a refund of the difference i...
I wouldn't write any criticism. However, we have been here several times (latest night-eaters simply happen) and I would say about the half of the time we had an ok to sub par experience. a good part of the time, we had either a problem with our ordering or, above all, we are ready to find out that they are closed without explanation, even if they should be open, according to their hours. I usually just think whatever, well I just go home. tonight, 2/13/22, we move up and want only two small elements from the menu....we are literally told on the thru running gear that they DON’T have any food left. What is that anyway? I'm so disgusting about this place I can't even treat. change their hours...
I went here because my pregnancy cravings wouldn’t leave me alone and when I went with my family of 4) we got the worst attitude. They were closing the lobby and the woman who was staying told us we couldn’t get the food because she was alone after that we were just looking at the menu and she screamed at us that we couldn’t order anymore. Honestly do not go to this one unless you want to have an uncomfortable time. I don’t recommend. As to that woman I hope life treats you better than you treat others when you walk into your job you leave the attitude home. Very unprofessional.
Mariah in the ride through was really nice and helpful. I ordered on the intercom when she took my order. I asked a million questions and she was super patient and very helpful. Even if I asked for extra sauce in the window, she gave me extra sauce! Please let her know she's doing a wonderful job.... Thank you.

I genuinely love this Taco Bell. Super fast and friendly service, and they have many vegetarian options! Whenever they have made a mistake, their manager is really attentive, and the staff is very helpful. A total must for me
Ordered 5 soft tacos chicken tacos. And they hardly put a chicken in the taco. Then I ordered some cinnamon balls and they only put two in there, but they still charge $16 incredible
The flavor is still good and the products are good, but the amount of product that they put, for example, in a taco is very little today
