I had a great experience at the drive-thru here. I can confidently say they were open and got my order correct! Lately, many fast food spots in my area have been dealing with staff shortages and closing down. I had just stopped at a nearby place on Beech and Greenback Lane to check out Pilons before heading through this drive-thru. Around 1:00 PM, I searched on Google for open Taco Bells and was glad to see this location was open.
This is the best Taco Bell! I live closer to another location in Orangevale, but I gladly go the extra distance for the quality service here. I always experience fast, friendly service and great food. The crew is fantastic, and Cyndi is my absolute favorite—she always has a cheerful and funny attitude and is willing to go the extra mile. I would give it ten stars if I could! Keep up the amazing work, everyone!
Avoid this location! I went at 10 a.m., but it was closed even though the hours said they open at 8 a.m. Both the "Open for Breakfast" sign and the drive-thru open sign were on and flashing. I saw an employee standing outside smoking a cigarette while still wearing food service gloves. I wish the posted hours were accurate so I could have saved time and not stopped—now I have no time to grab breakfast.
I ordered two bean burritos and within 3-4 hours, I became very ill with a headache, body aches, vomiting, and diarrhea. I've been a customer here for over 25 years and have never gotten sick before! Someone really needs to improve their cooking and stop leaving food sitting out during the lunch rush instead of making fresh beans. I plan to come in and speak with the manager. It’s definitely worth using the app to access free food and online-only deals. I tried the new steak nacho fries and couldn’t help but laugh at the small portion. There were only about seven fries, and they were so covered in cheese that they were stuck to the wrapper!
This Taco Bell used to be great, but now it seems to be staffed by less-than-ideal workers from the area. I appreciate the effort, but it’s disappointing to see such difficulty with basic tasks like taking orders.
