5/27/22 Well, 2 things, the first you may not care cuz more people do takeout these days.... but the insides are probably the dirtiest Taco Bell I've EVER seen. And you know, and I KNOW you know, that's saying something... But 2ndly, what I do care about: this place is also by far the stingiest on meat. I didn't even know that was a thing cuz it seemed like Taco Bell was pretty good as far as making sure different stores at least have the right proportions of ingredients. But not here.... at first I thought they forgot the ground beef COMPLETELY in my crunchwrap. But, after eating half, I did taste a few tiny pieces of individual ground meat specs........ or I should say, felt them on my ton...
Funny to see good rates about this place but I got rip off here for 60 dollars they would not give me a refund I did not want 20 tacos I only wanted 6 and they charge me for 20 an I paid more than I wanted an no receipt an all of the tacos were wet an soggie falling from the bottom like if the meat had water in it people were rude an said no refund I wish I could get my money back or even a discount card this place is bullshit service for Alamo area worst taco Bell ever do not ever come hereto eat go to Subway next store or somwhere else they suckkkkkkkkk. Real bad
Taco Bell is always a great, go to place. Yet, the staff at the Alamo, CA location are clueless. The last three times I have ordered from the in-store kiosk. Each time I have had to go to the counter to ask the staff to prepare the order. Today there were only 3 people ordering. I ordered, as always, using the Kiosk. Again, after 8 minutes I went to the staff and asked them to prepare the order. I did tell the on-duty manager but being a Saturday, I really do not think much will get done. Clearly there is a training issue.
Waited 10 minutes in line so the kid behind the counter could tell everyone they won't be taking anymore orders. I've given this place several second chances but this is just embarrassing. He should of said something earlier or just closed the doors if that was the case. I live down the street from this location and used to come here all the time. I'll never come back here again and will be sending my business to the Taco Bell in Walnut Creek instead. You guys lost a good regular customer today.

I have noticed the Alamo Taco Bell takes efforts to make sure their products have plenty of ingredients and I appreciate it. The tacos are filled to the perfect amount and I didn't appreciate enough until I visited another Taco Bell while on a road trip where we hardly had any ingredients at all. I also appreciate their attention to cleanliness in the restrooms and have seen them make efforts to stay current with their inside remodeling. Thanks for your effort!
We had a wonderful time in this restaurant. We enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere and the menu. The staff are super amiable. I’m content we ultimately decided to try this place.

This Taco Bell is excellent. I get that they are all basically the same, but this location has such fresh ingredients.
