I’m really sad to leave a negative review because this places used to be my holy grail. At one point in time, I was coming here almost every day. The staff used to be so friendly, orders were always right, and service was quick. The past couple times I have been here we’re not so great. For one, PLEASE, bring back the grilled option for burritos on the app!! I don’t know why this feature disappeared, but I personally do not like a soft burrito. UpDate! If you like drive through only, bad service now, orders not completed correctly, then this Taco Bell is for you! They have a dining room but is never open!!! Many times went through this stupid 2020 pandemic born drive-thru to make management more money just to find out orders not correct and you can 't go in to get correct items ordered! If Taco Bell can 't clean up their act then Go Out Of Business! Oh yes, they nearly are when you can 't go into a already there dining room!!! I would have given them Zero stars but the app won 't do that!!!
There was a very rude woman who took my order and my money at the window. She had a lot of attitude and I did not appreciate the way she acted towards me. I NEVER leave reviews on anything but she needs to have more respect. I ordered just how I would any time and did not give any problems. I’m not sure why she acted that way towards me but it was very rude! When I was rolling my window up to leave, she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes. That is very unnecessary and uncalled for.
Well they're about the only place open after 10pm and they for the most part are able to move a seemingly never ending line relatively quickly the food always seems to upset my stomach regardless how good the food is so they're always my last resort for food.

It's always good. I like that they have different stuff like dorito shells a Cinnabon dessert. Also like their $1 menu. The staff at the Westside location are always friendly it's always fast.
Went to Evansville Rescue Theift store. Great deals on dvds a buck each. Very large selection. Eric from Lombard IL
The drive thru is slower than going inside. Plus your lucky if they get your order right.
This location is one of the better ones in the area.
