Me and my husband was just at Taco Bell this morning, kindly ordering food at the speaker, and we made sure to mention that he said 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. Lady just says just pull up to the window with a ridiculous attitude. So we just go ahead and pull up to the window. We pay and get the receipt. Then we look at our receipt and noticed that it wasn’t correct things got mixed up. Which is alright things happen.. so we had to pull back to the window to let her know this kindly. I recently ordered two Mexican pizzas and two Crunchwrap Supremes from Taco Bell, and I was quite disappointed with the experience. When I received my order, both Mexican pizzas were crushed, which really affected their appearance and overall enjoyment. Although the Crunchwrap Supremes were intact, they didn't have the freshness I expected and seemed poorly put together. The taste was only mediocre and didn't meet the usual standards I've come to expect from Taco Bell. While I appreciate the convenience and affordability of their menu, the quality and presentation of my recent order fell short. I hope Taco Bell can address these issues to provide a better dining experience for their customer...
I haven’t been very impressed in the past. I've had issues like receiving the wrong order at the drive-thru and finding the toppings to be lacking. HOWEVER, tonight I have to give a big shoutout to the staff! The service was excellent, and my meal was prepared exactly to order—hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back regularly as long as the staff and service continue to meet the same high standard as tonight!
Very upset that on a Thursday night at 8:25pm the dinning room is closed and locked. Place is dead no one in the drive thru and we can’t go inside. Just because 90% of the world is to busy to sit down and eat doesn’t mean everyone is.

I haven't visited a Taco Bell in quite some time, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was than I remembered. The drive-thru service was quick, the staff member was friendly, and the food tasted great.
Why don't you just open your lobby at night to delivery drivers and online orders so you don't end up with a line around the building and twice the work? Because locking your lobby at 7PM is ridiculous.
Kiosk order only inside , no signs stating that , employees just look and do not say anything. Customer told me finally they waited awhile also .
I've been waiting in the drive-thru for nearly 30 minutes! I definitely won't be coming back to this place!
