The servers here are very personable and extremely friendly. We tried the $5 stacker box, which includes a Dorito Taco, a regular hard taco, nachos, a stacker, and a drink. It’s a great deal with all items being tasty, although the regular taco doesn’t come with cheese. Still, I’d rate it 4 stars and plan to come back. On the evening of January 11, 2019, I would like to give a shout-out to our young server. He was knowledgeable and patiently explained the new menu items. He worked diligently, keeping the place clean even when there were no orders. He even took the time to clean the trays thoroughly. Taco Bell? where do I start. The order is wrong. Cheese cup, no chips. One teaspoon of meat on the 10$ nacho bell grande. The lid not even on it. Cinnamon things not in bag. So I called the manager who refused to say his name and was rude as hell. Ittook everything In me to not drive down there and throw this bag in his face. I will never eat here again I?d rather throw my30$ out the window then eat this dog food. The kid is supposed to be a manager and doesn?t even know his name. Yells atcustomers. I ordered the Crunchwrap combo online and had it delivered through DoorDash. Unfortunately, the Taco Bell employees forgot my drink, the sauce packets, and the sour cream for my crunchy taco, which ended up being a mess. I've been trying to call them for hours, but the phone just keeps ringing and then disconnects. I understand that restaurants are facing staffing challenges, but it shouldn't be too difficult to read an order ticket and prepare the food correctly, especially considering I spent $20 after the delivery fee and tip. My order number is 984787.

I have been going to this taco bell for many years, today was absolutely the worst I have encountered in all my 35 yr on this earth, I am a very humble person that takes life as it comes. The food they served me my dog wouldn't eat it, the chalupas werehard as a brick the lettuce was wilted an disgusting. Nothing I order had sauce on it, ALL THE FOOD WAS DRY!!!! I really appreciate the customer service at the drive-through. The person taking orders and handling payments is always polite and friendly, much like a restaurant server. The food is consistently served hot, delicious, and in generous portions. Since it's located right by the high school, they occasionally run out of popular items, but that’s understandable. It's definitely one of my favorites!

The quality has really declined. My food was prepared incorrectly, the tortillas were undercooked, and they were out of several items. I won’t be returning. It’s such a disappointment because this place used to be a solid 5 out of 5 after midnight. What a letdown.
