What’s the point of using mobile ordering if they don’t begin preparing your order until you get there? This isn’t how services like Grubhub, DoorDash, and Uber Eats operate. When I place an order, I expect my food to be ready upon arrival, not to have to wait while they start making it. This really undermines the whole purpose of ordering ahead. They need to fix this. I order online to save time, not to wait for my meal to be prepared when I arrive.
it was late, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. however, I ordered a bean burrito, and it was cold, and no beans were in it, only onions and sauce. my cheese in my burrito wasn't even melted. That's how cold it was.
They have the best food! My mom works there, and the atmosphere, food, and service are all excellent. As of 10/19/23, I can't understand why anyone would dislike it; it's truly the best restaurant I've ever experienced.
We live nearby, so we probably been to this location about 15 times over the last 2 years or so. My order is missing at least one item EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I promise you, I am not exaggerating. Réservez une table maintenant
Super friendly, efficient service. Drove up to several cars ahead of us and pulled away in just a few minutes--very appreciated for a quick late night food stop on a long road trip. Awesome!
My brother said you could get their burritos smothered in red sauce. But he either lied or this location wasn't willing. But they gave us some ramekins which was a good compromise.
This place was so careless that they actually put the sour cream on the outside of the taco instead of the inside. Was this some kind of joke?
