I ordered food for the takeover a few months ago and when I was there, they didn't have my order and couldn't even find it. They finally found out, and I literally waited for over 20 minutes to get my food. Well... I decided to reorder today, and the service was not better at all. Again, I ordered to pick up online and when I arrived there, the lobby was closed so I couldn't go in to pick up my food. I waited over 15 minutes in the line so that I can talk to someone in the drive-thru and they told me that I went to the side entrance (which was closed and still was) and I could get it. I'll get out of the line and drive around and finally get in. I was let in through the front and at that tim...
My wife ordered ONE bacon, egg and cheese taco at the switch. It turned out that she should get a number and said she should sit at one of the tables while she waits. A woman who had ordered two people behind her got the number tent that my wife should go. Staff gave the other woman what ended to be my wife, a taco, said the employee that she had ordered six tacos, employees rolled his eyes and reacted in a frustrated sound that he went to see about their order. The other woman and my wife sorted out the miscommunication and finally left with their one taco waiting for almost 20 minutes. All this to say we were to better TCs.
Taco Cabana has changed several times over the years, but the food quality has remained consistent. The bean and cheese tacos are my favorite. Which reminds me, they sell taco boxes here (I think 10 or 12 tacos in a box) which are great for parties, events or to just be the cool co-worker that feeds everyone tacos. I recently dined in and was disappointed to see the salsa bar no longer existed. You will have to ask for salsa while ordering your food or catch an employee afterwards.
First time I've ever had a bad experience at a Taco Cabana. Somehow I must have been inconveniencing the cashier at the window today. She seemed upset that I wanted to add some extra drinks to my order. I told the cashier never mind I will not be purchasing the drinks. I was looking forward to supporting my local Taco Cabana, but I will not be coming back. The drive thru cashier needs to learn a bit more manners before serving customers. Unfortunately, this situation is very slow. The food is usually decent, though, and they get the order correctly the most time. You can have a problem with the staff of the restaurant that could be the cause of the long journey times. The service is not consistent, sometimes? and sometimes? re especially on rude, depending on who takes your order.
There service STINKS. Went and ordered 2 enchilada plates with drinks . Went to window and they had 1 plate ready wifh no drinks. Window person couldnt understand our order. Repeated 4 times before we left in disgust. Called manager and she was as dingy as the rest. DO NOT eat at Tacocabanna in Kyle. They SUCK!!
What can I say. Best naked fajitas tacos this side of the moon. They give enough meat to do another taco. Shhhh! I get extra tortillas and double my order at home adding my own toppings. Margaritas are not the best but they aren't a bar looking to get you drink. Just a great drink for your meal
Pretty sure we get food poisoning on Tuesday night. The beans tasted funny and the guacamole seemed like it was just before the date. We ate it and the last two days we were sick were the only ones we ate who could be responsible. If it does not taste properly, take it back!!! Do not eat it!!! Réservez une table maintenant
