I went in to pick a door dash order twice and the red head in there was very rude to me and refused to hand me the order after I already confirmed the order infront of her. Wish I could give zero stars on her customer service. She told me very rudely to get someone else to pick it up. Making me lose out on an order
I went to the Washington avenue Taco John's and it was horrible the old lady at the window was rude as I was eating my potatoes I got a hair which grossed me out and then the sour cream was bad on my burrito and I was throwing up so I got food poisoning from them I guess don't buy anything there
I order off of GrubHub and my wife when to get it and her food was the only one we got and I got to call GrubHub and tell them what happened I am not impressed and the food wasn't good at all I would rather go to the West side location than this location they should be closed down
Sam is amazing here at Washington. She knows exactly what she's doing. And I always know when I see her in getting all my food hot and fresh Réservez une table maintenant
LOVE Taco Johns! This location always has quick, friendly service and deliciously prepared hot food. Way better than Taco Bell!!
