Perhaps if they checked your shoes at the door, the service would improve. That said, I prefer my meals to include actual pieces of meat rather than just scraps mixed with rice (like the surf and turf). Also, be sure to arrive early on Tuesdays; waiting in line won’t make a difference. If you want the Taco Tuesday deal and find yourself waiting in line for 35 minutes, tough luck—they have a strict cutoff time unless you're a police officer. We walked in at the same time as them. The slow food preparation and order-taking really impacted my experience. From now on, I think I’ll stick to food trucks.
Ordered Birria tacos (red tacos) the tortillas were uncooked , I also ordered the wet burrito which also wasn't good. The food was prepared rushed, the weekend burrito was put in the microwave. The food had no taste at all. I feel bad that they are giving mexican food a negativo image . The male cashier spilled my Birria in the cup and didnt even apologize or brother to give me a new cup .. I normaly don't even write reviews but i cant let them keep Robbing the medford people . I travel all the usa working and trust me your better off with tacobell , or chipotle.
I just visited the Springbrook location at 10 a.m., and I was the only customer in the restaurant. I was completely ignored. The staff member behind the counter saw me enter but then chose to attend to something with one of the coolers instead. It's clear that this place has no interest in welcoming customers or taking their money.
The big robust guy explains with a very loud voice, it seems like he's scolding. Don't let it come out. Why is it scary? The one of average height, excellent, friendly, equal to the employee and the short one. Of height. Everything is very good, except for the one that scares and bothers. I'm sorry ??

I got spicy pork, asada and the red tacos and let me just say these were phenomenal. My dad actually recommended This restaurant to me. He went years ago and said it was really good and give it a shot. I’m glad it lived up to the hype. The Fresca and salsa roja Amazing… Thanks for the great food ?

This place is overrated. Did doordash, ordered a bowl, and chicken Quesadillas. The food is super bland. Didn't give me any salsa, onion, and cilantros on the side. Who does that? I'm super disappointed.
The new restaurant on McAndrews is overpriced, lacks access to the salsa bar, and offers very little meat on their tacos. I could easily eat ten of their tacos and still spend $30 without feeling full.

Man oh man. The best Tacos anywhere. Went home to Brookings and had a craving for Chicken and Beef tacos. Guess my daughter and I will need to return to TacoRiendo to get our fixes!
