Taco Time - Réserver une table

We spent a little over 48 min in the drive through. I tried so hard to give the benefit of the doubt because I have worked fast food before and I know what it can be like. But when I arrived at the window there was 5 individuals all in a circle talking and laughing and Two where on their phones looked like one individual working passing in and out of view. It also took a while for someone from the circle to come to the window to take my money. I was trapped in a drive through and I couldn't drive away and service really was not good. This place has the nicest staff! They make jokes, are really friendly to each other and are willing to work on special requests. I can tell that they know how to make customers happy. Spent $25.00 and they didn't put any taco sauce or ketchup in the bag, unfortunately I had neither at home. I rated taste low because of no sauces. Literally the SLOWEST fast food location in Ogden. It’s a joke. You sit forever in the drive through and then sometimes don’t even get what you ordered. I was even charged twice once. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Bought a super soft taco, pinto bean and cheese burrito and 2 filled mexi fries. The checkout was super friendly. It was about 19:30 on Saturday, not too busy. It didn't take long to get our order. The food was hot and good. She gave us a lot of taco sauce.
