If I eat fast food TT wins every time bc their revamped menu using locally sourced ingredients is a game changer from when I was in high school. The food has great flavor, tastes fresh, and I do not feel like I got punched in the stomach 30 min afterward like with McDonalds, Taco Bell, and Jack in the Box.This one in Snoho also has noteworthy customer service. I had a mishap with an online order once on a hangry night where I was informed when I arrived they couldn’t fulfill it. CJ and another manager went above and beyond to make it right.Try a side of hot sauce on your fav taco or burrito if you haven’t. Great food good prices but the Continuous yelling from the backstaff to the counter personnel. Was annoying. This taco time is my favorite of all the locations I've been to. Everyone is so sweet and friendly, the food is always great, and on the very, VERY rare occasion that there's an error, they make it right immediately! Love this place, try the chicken Caesar soft taco while it's here, and complain that it's seasonal because it should be permanent!!!
Ordered online. No signage indicating store was closed or open. Luckily I went around back and drive thru was open and there was a line around the back of the restaurant. Questioned the employee if this was how I am to collect my mobile order, he was in mid answer when another employee cut in and loudly demanded my name. I'll pass next time. No customer service, order came wrong the last 2 times I’ve been there but today I was dining in and they corrected it but last time I was at home before I realized it wasn’t complete.I watched customer after customer get wrong orders.Get rid of the key pad orders and have a human greeting and taking orders!!!!
I ate in my car so atmosphere was good. Taco time is a quick stop, lazy dinner grab or a hot sauce craving stop. Friends want to go there when they come back home to visit.
