I usually enjoy this place for their fast service and good food, but today was different. I went through the drive-thru and was told to wait just a minute. After about five minutes, I asked if they were ready to take my order, but then I waited another ten minutes in silence, with no one responding to me. Meanwhile, the person behind me received their order. I'm not sure what went wrong today, but the service was not up to the usual standards.
If I could give zero Stars I would. I tried to order through the drive-thru at 8:50 they said they were closed the website says they're open until 10:00 so car in front of me was getting his order and ai couldn't get out because there were 3 cars behind me. bad bad bad service. I will never go there again I will drive the extra miles to the White center Taco Time.
Rude employee working window and my soft taco was as if it came right out of the refrigerator and my hit bowl was full of uncooked rice/scraped off the bottom of a rice cooker. I was told I don 't have a penny so I can 't give you the full 61 cents back which no big deal but seriously lacking some customer service skills. I 'd leave no star if I could.
This location was my goto spot but lately my crispy chicken tacos have been so soggy, they fall apart in their wrappers in the 7 minute drive to my house. I'll be going to the Des Moines location from now on. 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff are super friendly Réservez une table maintenant
