I really appreciate how friendly the lady who helped me was. She understood that having a bone in the chicken is a new concern that the manufacturer needs to fix. The problem I'm having is why the staff isn't checking the chicken if they know this is a new problem in their establishment? I had to go to another place to get food on my way to Dr's. So they have me a comp card. I just think yall could've avoided this problem if you checked the chicken. Especially before a kid chokes on a bone.
I typically like this location for their fast work and good food but today I went up to the drive through intercom and was told to give them just a minute. This was fine, I waited about 5 minutes then asked if they were ready, to which they responded not yet. I then waited 10 more minutes in silence, no one ever took my order. I ended up just leaving. Immediately after, the person behind me gets their order taken. I dont know what happened today but the service wasnt the usual.
If I could give zero Stars I would. I tried to order through the drive-thru at 8:50 they said they were closed the website says they're open until 10:00 so car in front of me was getting his order and ai couldn't get out because there were 3 cars behind me. bad bad bad service. I will never go there again I will drive the extra miles to the White center Taco Time.
