tacoria is really something special. her menu is super easy, with just a few options from customizable ingredients. but if you eat as delicious as this, a few options is all you need. they go with the brussel sprouts when they order vegan. they're going to change their lives. Moreover, their homemade hot sauces are bombed. I'm going with the habanero, but they're all delicious.

Great mexican spot in the heart of Princeton. They have a couple really good vegan options and everything ive tried has been really good. Not the best mexican spot I've ever been too, but in the top 5 and has a lot to offer. Really cool vibe and great location if you are walking around princeton. Service is usually good and food comes out prettt fast.

ordered the vegan burrito with the brussel sprouts, rajas and golden avocado proteins. damn good! super fresh. pay attention and get some salsa for it from the salsa bar area. I mixed a little of all the decisions together and it was great.

holy heck, the boiled spits were from this world. great option if with omni friends. turn the menu for their vegan options. husband had the fried avocado and loved it too. highly recommended!

I love their incandescent spouts. I'm always crazy because I never ask for an additional page of them!
