I stayed in the Hyatt House Sterling. This food truck is located just behind the hotel. Walked over for lunch and wasn't disappointed. I had the asada tacos. The ingredients were fresh. The red and green sauce was sooo flavorful I could just drink it! If you are staying in the hotel and don't want to go out then just walk over to this truck for a good meal.
From now on, the only tacos I'll be eating are from this place. They're incredibly tasty, and the sauces complement the tacos perfectly. The staff is very friendly, and even though they get quite busy with phone calls and walk-ins during lunch hours, it's definitely worth it.
Hands down, the best tacos in the region. Don't be afraid to ask for modifications or order off-menu, as long as you are kind, they will make you whatever you want with the ingredients on hand.
Good authentic taco truck. Been twice and if they're there when I past by then I gotta stop by. They're open now so today will be my 3rd. Réservez une table maintenant
Husband and wife taco joint. Excellent service, love their beef tacos and burritos, certainly beats lot's of other major restaurants.

This is a truck by SHEETZ gas station. My son and I ordered the steak burrito. Holy Guacamole it was good. We ate em up.
