I have like 12 years going this place and literally order the same dish every time, this time the server was new and when i placed my order she replied: we dont sell this dish here which is carne asada guarache with salsa verde and two over easy eggs on top). Just because the server is new doesnt mean the restaurant doesnt sell the dish, she didnt hasitate to let me know i was wrong when was the other way around
I come here with my family for special occasions, the variety of foods and their pirces are amazing. the customer service is very friendly too and at home. the atmosphere is also beautiful. Parking: Theres a small parking space in the back, free. Kid-friendliness: the employees are very patient and super kind to children Wheelchair accessibility: easy to use wheelchairs here
Food is great! Service today was not good at all and mind you I been coming here for years and years this new lady in the morning sucks!!!!!! She forgot we were even here I had to remind her bad customer service so disappointed they need the same ladies they had love them this new one has to go she can't even do her job right!!!
Terrible service !!!! The employees do not know how to take orders over the phone, because they are gossiping among themselves. My food order was delivered all wrong, this place no longer works, they should train the staff so that they know how to serve their customers, since without the customers there is no business ???
