Yesterday, July 7, we dined at Bukanas, and everything was peaceful until the owner started yelling at her employee for not answering her call. The employee was clearly busy, doing an excellent job serving us both on the phone and in person. He respectfully explained that he was on another line taking an order, but the owner continued to berate him in a rude and disrespectful manner, right in front of the customers. This place is an interesting little restaurant that, to my knowledge, serves authentic-ish Mexican dishes. I have been a customer of this restaurant for years and I have never had to witness a bad experience of a manager treating an employee badly. Yesterday, Sunday, July 7 of this year, I was very upset by how a manager or I don't know what she was addressed the employee in public in a rude, arrogant manner, trying to humiliate the cashier by shouting at her why she didn't answer the phone in an unpleasant tone. to which the cashier replied in a low voice that she was busy. Now these tacos are the smallest in the world. One bite is all you get from each taco. If you get tripas they charge you $2 for tacos and .50 more if you get thripas. Unfortunately that will be the last time. Not worth the money. Especially the portions.The place can use some cleaning or paint. Doesn’t cost much to clean up the place.The counter has foils paper and tape. Covering what’s behind it.This place needs a little TLC .Good luck guys! Just my input if you want more business!
Ok so if you want snack tacos this is the place to go haha the taquitos are small and a little expensive. The flavor is good but nothing more. And yes I said that the tacos are small. I didn't take any photos because when I realized I had already eaten them because of how small they are.
Expensive. The tacos were a disappointment; you have to search for the meat in them! It's honestly ridiculous. The tacos al vapor are just two tiny warm tortillas that aren’t actually al vapor. I can make better tacos al vapor at home! I definitely won't be returning to this place.
The food at this restaurant is very bad, I don't recommend it, the tortillas and the beans are not in good condition ?
