Tacos el Jalapeno - Réservation de table

The service was good and I didn’t have to wait for my food for long. I ended up ordering take out. The items I bought were 2 steak tacos, 3 carnitas tacos, and 1 order of the chicken enchilada. The quality looked fantastic but when it came to eating the meal. There was absolutely no flavor in any of the dishes. I even tried to put some sauce they provided me. That didn’t help. It was prob the blandest Spanish food I ever had in my life. I ended up putting my own taco seasoning which made the meal at least salvageable. It’s a shame, I was really looking forward to trying this place. I hope they can turn it around.

Everything is super expensive I would say too expensive in one sitting four tacos a water almost $40 and they charge you for everything if you ask for extra sauce they also charge you for tortillas and everything they are charging you extra. They are charging you for everything separately, terrible place to eat and super expensive

The food has no flavor whatsoever. The sauce for the barrita tacos was just bland beef broth. I was craving tacos and this didn’t even come close to satisfying that craving. 10/10 would NEVER recommend. Honestly Taco Bell would’ve been a better option than this

Since I have left New York City I have been looking for a place that authentically replicates The taste and quality of the food there. Especially when it comes to Mexican food, I would greatly recommend this please it is small but their food is amazing. Réservez une table maintenant

Excellent authentic tacos! Restaurant was clean and service was quick! Super friendly staff. Orders came out hot and accurate. Tasted delicious and fresh. Homemade tortillas. We will be back! Highly recommend you try them!

Soups and tacos are not the same as before. Now the food doesn't taste like anything and my family and I would never go back to eat at that restaurant, before everything was super delicious now it's not even the Shadow.

Tacos barely had meat. One of them was primarily pineapple not enough meat. Bland tasting. No ice in the horchata. Spicy sauce wasn’t spicy and watered down. Overall disappointed with the food.
