Tacos Los Vaqueros

We enjoyed a delicious meal of authentic Mexican cuisine at this cozy restaurant while traveling from Texas to Colorado. This is the perfect spot for those who appreciate genuine Mexican flavors, with a wide selection of tacos and traditional music playing in the background. I was especially thrilled to find my favorite dish, TACOS de cabeza, which can be hard to come by.

I'm coming here. but in the last time, their food equality has become bad and oily. they have bad customer service. they can't ask the server for something because it seems as if it were disturbed by him.

My family and i went in for quesa-tacos, and the consume had a fly swimming in it after I already took more than a couple of bites. Looking around the entire restaurant was swarming with flys.Food: 1/5

I hope they improve the food quality because I found a hair in my birria. I couldn't eat it after that, but the tacos were good. Overall, I would rate the food as 1 out of 5. Réservez une table maintenant

Birria tacos were soggy and lack flavor very disappointed. The menudo was good. There were also dozens of flies everywhere. Will be definitely skipping this place!!

Their Birria tacos are amazing! Highly recommend with consommé. They also have really good jamaica (which is a hibiscus drink) as well.

eating was great, but the service was not good. server’s seemed to be annoyed with simple questions about their teller/food.
