Fantastic food truck located in the parking lot of Red Apple. I noticed some people enjoying the sopitos, and they looked amazing; they tasted even better! We also tried a burrito along with rice and beans. Everything was delicious and fresh. Avocado slices topped off each dish. The staff in the truck were friendly, and our food was served incredibly quickly. I would definitely return in a heartbeat!
