I ordered loaded nacho fries and was charged for them, including an extra fee for substituting chips for fries. However, I received only regular fries and carne asada—nothing else. When I called to resolve the issue, they informed me that the restaurant was closing and suggested I come back tomorrow to replace my order. I requested a refund, but they denied my request. After being transferred to another representative, I explained my situation again, only to be hung up on. The second person I spoke with said I couldn't get a refund on my card but could come in for cash. There are many factors that contribute to a 4-star rating. I couldn't give it 5 stars because a restaurant with "tacos" in its name shouldn't be serving crispy tacos in shaped shells. Additionally, it took an incredibly long time for my food to arrive, and I had only ordered two items, which is why I deducted a star. Everything else was excellent! The girl at the counter was really friendly, and the food was delicious! The salsa bar was great as well. The ambiance was just okay, but I ended up taking most of my food to go. Oh, and the little pony was adorable too!
We hired Tacos N More for our wedding on November 25, and they were truly fantastic. With around 200 guests at our reception, they took care of everything—from cups, plates, and napkins to appetizers, drinks, dinner, clean-up, and dessert table service. Vanesa and her family were an absolute pleasure to work with, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. We anticipated that it would take an hour or more to serve 200 people through the buffet line, but thanks to their efficiency and preparation, it only took about 30 minutes. Thank you so much!
The food was fantastic! We ordered the small family meal of Carnitas, and the meat was cooked tender and then grilled just right. I appreciated that the items were served in separate compartments, keeping the vegetables fresh and crisp while preventing the tortillas from getting soggy. The pico de gallo had a nice zesty kick to it, which we loved. This has certainly become our new favorite spot for delicious food. We'll definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant
While the food was delicious and satisfying, the service left much to be desired, and the cleanliness of the establishment was lacking. If the bathroom and dining area are dirty, it makes me worry that the kitchen is likely in the same state. When our order was ready, it was handed to me quite hot. We plan to return in about a month, hoping for a cleaner environment because the food truly is good.
This was a nice stop on or way to AK Chin. Over the last year casino dining waiting times have been well over an hour so we decided to stop before our destination. This was a good choice for us. My Burrito was loaded and full of flavor. The salsa bar was nice but could have been refilled as this was early in the day.
Ordered chicken enchiladas with red sauce. Food was prepared quickly. When I got my plate, the red enchilada sauce was actually tomato sauce. It tasted like I was eating spaghetti. I came here for Mexican food, not Italian. They refused to refund my money also. This place is horrible. Never returning.
This place was just okay. The food came out fast but the cheese on the beans rolled tacos was cold not melted at all. My son got the rolled tacos said he thinks the frozen rolled tacos from the store have more meat. Even though the horchata was from a machine it was good. Réservez une table maintenant
