Tadao Ando Restaurant

Ma famille vient au Château La Coste depuis son ouverture. Cette année, nous étions particulièrement excités car un ami avait une exposition et une nouvelle sculpture. Comme d'habitude, la promenade artistique était fantastique. Malgré le milieu de la semaine (mercredi 5 août) et le virus, le site était très fréquenté. Nous avons réservé le Tadao Ando pour 1 heure sur la terrasse, à gauche de la porte. Le serveur était présent dès le début, mais aussi accueillant malgré nos petits problèmes avec les employés, étant très occupés. We had a wonderful experience in the Tadao Ando Restaurant at Château La Coste. The waiters were very friendly and fast. They took our orders promptly and also served quickly. As an appetizer we had the beets with goat cheese. It was a beautiful dish,...the beets were fresh and the cheese was very tasty. Definitely recommended!!! We had three main dishes: 1) Seabass served on fresh spinach and tomatoes The fish was super fresh and cooked to perfection. The combination of fresh spinach with sweet cherry tomatoes was to die for! They were so sweet they almost tasted like candy. we have shared an excellent and well-priced Mediterranean lunch. the environment (sweet view of the landscape and the nearby contemporary art) added the magie. service was on the spot and a special thanks to the manager nicolas, which gives us the feeling very much.

we visited recently with 13 friends and they did not serve beer. One of our party could not drink wine so they went 2km to the Villa hotel and collected bottles for him. Food good, service outstanding!

Ideal place to eat after an amazing 2 hour tour of the artworks, food and service was good, the acoustics of the building makes it rather noisy when full as it was!
